Our Business Philosophy
Aside from our world-class reports and presentations, what sets us apart from other companies is our customer service philosophy. At Premier Service, we practise what we preach: We offer a level of customer service that simply cannot be surpassed.

When any of our clients wishes to contact Premier Service, they deal directly with one of the two partners. Our unique, streamlined structure makes this possible. We are always pleased with our continued growth; however, it is equally important for us to maintain an optimal level of customer service. Whether through landlines, cell phones, or pagers; instant messaging or E-mail; using desktops, laptops, or PocketPCs, we have harnessed the latest technology to make ourselves available to you seven days a week, around the clock. Our most common question we receive from our clients is, "Don't you guys ever sleep?"

We have not, and will not, hire account managers; sales representatives; gatekeepers or customer service associates. All our present and future clients will always deal exclusively with Keren or Michael.

Headquartered in Québec, we are also pleased to offer all of our services in both English and French.

Our Team
Keren Dolan, M.Sc.
Sales and Operations

Keren Dolan has been a managing partner of Premier Service since 2001. Keren ensures customer satisfaction both in front of and behind the scenes. She is responsible for overseeing the operations of all the mystery shopping programs, staffing projects and market research. She also moderates the Premier Service workshops and seminars in French.

Before joining Premier Service, Keren worked in the recruiting field for seven years having successfully led two Montreal based hi-tech recruiting firms. With an educational background in Psychology and Human Resources Management, Keren completed her M.Sc. thesis on Project Management at the Université de Montréal, where she has guest lectured on several occasions for Industrial Relations students.
 

Michael Glazer, M.B.A., B.C.L., LL.B.
Administration and Training

Michael Glazer is the founder and managing partner of Premier Service. Michael leads all the legal, training and I.T. aspects of the organization, and moderates all the English workshops and seminars.

Michael founded Premier Service in 1991, as part of an undergraduate business school project at McGill University. During the company's formative years, Michael remained at McGill, graduating with an M.B.A. and two Law degrees. In 1999, he was called to the Québec Bar. Michael has guest lectured at McGill, University of Montreal, Concordia, and other institutions. For two years, Michael managed the North American I.T. Client Services department at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) where he led his team to unprecedented levels of customer satisfaction. Michael is also a paramedic, working as a volunteer EMT for the Montreal Fire Department's EMS division.

Our History
Premier Service was founded in 1991 by Michael Glazer and Justin Vineberg under the mentorship of Professor Peter Johnson of the Dobson Center for Entrepreneurial studies as part of an Entrepreneurship course at McGill University.

Recognizing the importance of customer service in retail, the two set out to help local retailers evaluate and improve their customer service, and developed the foundation for what Premier Service is today.

For the next four years, Michael and Justin lead Premier Service's slow and steady growth while continuing their education at McGill. While maintaining a solid local client base, Premier Service began to emerge on the National mystery shopping scene, and started offering other solutions to their existing clients, including market research and training workshops.

Awards, accolades and wonderful press have been received by both founders for bringing the Premier Service business concept to fruition, and promoting excellence in customer service across North America. Two Premier Service franchises were opened, which were later bought back by the founders.

In 1995, Justin left Premier Service to pursue a career in law, leaving Michael at the helm.

Under Michael's leadership, and through very effective systems management, he was able to foster the relationship that he and Vineberg had built with their clients, while at the same time, becoming an attorney and successfully completing his MBA with the highest honours.

From 1995-2001 Premier Service solidified its relationships with its clients and emerged as one of the most efficient, friendly, and forward-thinking consulting organizations, building a strong reputation for excellence, always exceeding its customers expectations.

In 2001, after having had the opportunity to gain industry exposure outside of Premier Service, Michael partnered with Keren Dolan, a specialist in high-tech recruiting and human resource management. Glazer and Dolan formed the partnership that remains the driving force behind Premier Service today.

Since 2001, Premier Service has doubled its client base each year. It has spread beyond its initial retail market to include industries such as hotel and restaurant, marketing agencies, amusement parks, distribution, and more. By listening carefully to their clients, Michael and Keren constantly improve on their solutions, and Premier Service remains in constant evolution and progress.

Today, Premier Service works across North America, including in Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and is developing partnerships in Europe. We have over 50,000 mystery shoppers, with a network of coordinators and supervisors across the country. We continue to partner with our clients to offer them exceptional service and support for their continued success. That is our promise to you.
